Commission Terms of Service
⍟ All artwork commissions will include the full-size PNG of the work with my signature. My postings of the work online will be of a lower res version of that same artwork.
⍟ I do not accept any payment through cryptocurrency, or any other non-government-backed money.
⍟ I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
⍟ Creation begins after receiving payment. Under no circumstances do I begin work before taking payment.
⍟ All commissions, unless requested otherwise, will be posted to my social media, and if possible, @ing you. If you'd prefer not to publicly post it, or you would like to remain anonymous, please let me know when sending the request. In either case, I have the right to include the artwork for personal portfolios.
⍟ For commission types besides sketches, you can request up to 3 revisions for free - any additional ones will incur a $10 fee per. I may also invoke this fee if the revision is particularly major, such as redoing a completed sketch. Extremely minor changes, like slightly changing a color on a flat, won't use these.
⍟ If you need the commission in an expedited manner, let me know ahead of time. Depending on the complexity, it may also incur a slight increase in price to have me finish it faster.
⍟ Certain types of artwork may be exempt from me putting my signature on it; however, this should be discussed with the initial request.
⍟ Commissions are non-refundable once completed.
⍟ Commissions may be used for your social media icons/banners/etc, as long as I am credited.
⍟ DO NOT post progress shots of Commissions I show publicly, and do not edit them after being finished, such as removing the signature/adding or removing assets.
⍟ All commissions are personal use ONLY. All artistic rights, including merchandising, printing, and etc are held by me. You also may not register any of my art, ESPECIALLY commissions, as NFTs, any use of blockchain technology, or use as training for any AI-based generative programs or models.
